County Farm Bureau - Promotional Materials
Are you interested in bringing the GAE to a school or organization? We have outreach materials for each!
Spread the word with social media!
You can reach teachers at your local schools or staff members at local community organizations through social media! Share this post below. Download the text and then copy and paste it into your own social media pages.
Concerned about volunteers?
We recommend at least 1-2 additional county volunteers to support the county coordinator during the visit. Online training is suggested for volunteers prior to the visit, but not required.
Your local UGA 4H Agent, UGA Ag Extension Agent, FFA Teacher or FFA Young Farmer Advisor can make for great volunteers in the community! Click the link below to find your county's main contact with these organizations.

Have you heard about our cost subsidy program?
The GAE visit fee is $250 a day. A 50% deposit must be made before visit day, and the final amount will be due day of visit.
Due to our supportive sponsors, subsidies are available for eligible organizations or schools to help cover the visit cost. The subsidy program is needs-based and invite-only. Upon approval of your date request, you will be notified if your organization or school is awarded the subsidy. So that means...reach out to us and we can see what we can do! Don't be afraid to apply, just because your county may not have the funds!
