Submitting a Date Request
**This is a shared timeline for the school contact and county Fb contact. It oulines all of the next steps.
**You will receive this packet via email if your date request is approved. It includes all of the materials listed below and some helpful checklists. Review in detail.
**This is a set of pages that is from the Prep Packet. You can send this directly to the school so they can know what is expected of them.
**Fillable PDF - Must be signed by the School Principal. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your approval notice.
**Fillable PDF - For Visit Fees. Must be completed by the payor. Email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your approval notice.
**Must fill in County Name/Visit Date and share with school to start circulating with the teachers. School should give each teacher a class set of the form. The class teachers will collect forms from parents and give you all of the signed forms on the first scheduled visit day. Any student without a consent form cannot attend the Georgia Ag Experience.
**Review the example schedule and develop 1 worksheet per visit day with the school coordinator. When complete, email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 weeks in advance of the first scheduled visit day.
**School must complete required pre and post visit lessons.
**Send to school contact(s) 1 week in advance of the visit.
**This is a helpful tool for you to use one week before and the night before. Make sure to contact your education coordinator, school contact and driver in advance.
**Print out this plan to reference throughout the day. It tells you exactly what you should be doing during the visit.
**Printed copies will be supplied to you and located in the trailer. You will just hand out 1 per students after each class block.

**Tons of ag-tivities for the school so they can continue ag education when the mobile classroom isn't there.
**For the time being, these can be booked and led by teachers in the school. If the school does not allow visitors due to COVID-19 precautions, they can book through the county Farm Bureau and the trunk activities can be led by school teachers, instead of a county Farm Bureau volunteer.
